Spectrum is an American hybrid Magnolia, featuring particularly large deep pink flowers. It grows with an upright conical habit.

Spectrum was raised at the US National Arboretum in the 1960s. It is a cross between Magnolia liliiflora 'Nigra' and Magnolia sprengeri 'Diva' and is a sister of Magnolia 'Galaxy'. The main differences are that Spectrum has fewer but larger flowers.
