Magnolia acuminata Daphne

  • Flowering month: April
  • Flower colour: Yellow

Daphne is one of the best of the yellow-flowered Magnolias.

It has a longer than average flowering period. The flowers appear slightly ahead of the leaves but the leaves eventually catch up.

Daphne was developed from Miss Honeybee crossed with Gold Crown at the Wespelaar Arboretum in Belgium in the 1990s.
