Sweetheart features large scented flower bracts. Flowers are produced in succession over several weeks, creating a speckled pink and mauve effect as the younger flowers contrast with the older ones.

    Sweetheart is one of the most vigorous lilacs, with the potential to reach a mature height of up to 4m.
