Liquidambar - Gum trees

Liquidambars or Sweet gums are large hardy attractive long-lived trees, originating from the eastern USA.

They are primarily grown for their attractive long-lasting autumn leaf colours.  The leaves resemble those of maples, and turn yellow, orange, and purple in the autumn.

For best results, plant in full sun.
